Salon policy
Our salon policy at Bonni & Clyde are in place to provide utmost professional and relaxing experience for each and every individual.
All clients will receive an SMS reminder three days prior to their appointment. A second SMS reminder is sent the following day.
Our salon cancellation policy requires NO less than 24 hours notice.
Clients who no-show or cancel within 24 hours will be asked to pay 50% advanced deposit to secure their next booking.
Repeat offenders of cancellations and no-shows may be refused a future booking.
Our salon runs to a time schedule, and not only is our time important, so is our clients. Therefor late arrivals of 15 minutes may have their service shortened.
Particular services booked cannot be reduced due to change of mind on arrival of appointment.
All clients receive a blow dry as apart of their service. No clients leave the salon with wet or unfinished hair.
Our highly trained colourists can not guarantee our colour work results in salon or beyond if you choose to use non professional haircare or you swim often.
All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice. To obtain a quote, please phone the salon.
Our salon is a calm relaxed space, for our clients to enjoy their time whilst here. However, our salon is not child friendly and we kindly ask for children to be with their parents at all times.
For your first colour visit at Bonni & Clyde, we require a once off $50 deposit to secure your booking.
