Our preferred and instant method is by phoning our salon, 03 55628943. Alternatively you can send an enquiry form via our website.

Do you do consultations?

Yes we do offer 15 minute consultations.
This covers all questions , concerns and estimations of cost. Our consultations are $50.
Your consultation fee can be used towards your service with us, but is not refundable if you don’t wish to follow through with an appointment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

If you are a new colour clients, we take a once off $50 deposit to secure our time for you.
All deposits must be made prior to securing your appointment. We cannot hold appointments or allocate times until deposit payment has been secured.

Yes you do. You will recieve an sms reminder four days prior. You can confirm YES or you can reply NO which will cancel your appointment.


What is your cancellation policy?

Our policy is we require no less than 48 hours notice. If you cancel inside 48 hours, you will be required to call pay for your next appointment in full, in leui of your deposit to secure your next appointment.

If you cancel inside 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel outside 48 hours, your deposit will be transferred to another time.

How long will my appointment take?

Please allow 3 hours for basic hair colour. Eg, semi, permanent, few highlights.
Anything more substantial such has half head foils through to colour correction could take 4-5 hours.

We don’t offer perms, chemical straightening, extensions, bleach on scalp, beard trims or anything your advanced barber may do.

Why can’t you quote me exactly how much for my colour service?

Everything we do in salon, allocates plenty of colour for what we normally do. If we require extra colour or treatments these are additional costs. When creating colour, we are like artists using paint. We don’t know exactly how much paint we may need.
We allow plenty, however if the canvas we are working on needs extra , then we will need to add this on. Therefore we cannot tell exactly how much colour we may need before we start our artwork. We aim to give an estimation of cost.

We use Redken colour, Olaplex and k18 bonding treatments. Kevin Murphy, Original Mineral, Evo Fab Pro and Olaplex retail.

Can I bring my children to my appointment?

Children can attend the salon, but we kindly ask they remain seated at all times to ensure their safety and in keeping the salon relaxed for those who visit Bonni and Clyde for time out to reset and unwind.

Babies are very welcome in our spacious salon. We kindly ask that babies are in their prams, kept away from hair and chemicals. We will do our best to ensure you both are comfortable inside our salon whilst visiting.

What happens if I am late to my appointment?

We endeavour to work to a time schedule and to be fair to clients and reduce back log,
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are later than 15 minutes, your service may be reduced.

We will do our best to let you know as soon as possible by phoning you. We will not reduce your service because we are running late, we will ensure you still receive the service you are booked for.


Where should I park?

There is plenty of parking around our salon. Henna street is free, and around fairy street, lava street is all 2 hours. We suggest downloading the Celo Park app to ensure you can update your parking at anytime.

Bonni and Clyde accepts Cash, Eftpos of any kind.
We don’t accept American Express cards or Afterpay.
All transactions must be paid on the day.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair, we can modify and rectify any changes if you contact the salon within 7 days.
Through our thorough consultation, we try to avoid miscommunication. Please come with photos for inspiration, and a clear idea of desired look. Most of all please be honest with our professional opinion and direction. We want you to love your hair.
We do not offer financial refunds. We do not offer free re-dos for change of mind after your service is complete.
